Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a specialist SpLD SEN school in Westminster Teach Maths to students with specific learning difficulties, providing differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs Develop and deliver engaging, creative, and accessible lessons that make Maths accessible and enjoyable for all students Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress Track and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods to ensure the best outcomes Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and confidence Provide feedback to parents, carers, and other professionals involved in students' education and well-being Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Maths, ideally in an SEN setting or with students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and differentiation for students with SpLD A passion for making Maths accessible and engaging for students with additional needs Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
