Year 3 Teacher – Independent Prep School, Oxford, Oxfordshire Our client is a distinguished independent prep school in Oxford, known for its vibrant community, academic ambition, and nurturing environment. The school combines strong traditional values with an innovative approach to learning, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every pupil. Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire Contract: Part-Time (4 Days a Week) Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join the school on a part-time (4 days a week) basis from January 2026. The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to Year 3 pupils Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with colleagues to promote a positive and cohesive learning culture Contribute to the wider life of the school, including pastoral and co-curricular activities Applications are invited from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about primary education and independent schooling.
