Job description
Maths Teacher – Drive Whole-School Progress and Lead Interventional Strategies in a Top-Tier Inner London Academy A high-performing and academically strategic secondary academy in Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced and data-driven Teacher of Maths committed to maximizing student achievement from January 2026. Maths Teacher required from January 2026 Tower Hamlets-based school with an exceptional academic record and a focus on measurable progress . Ideal for a teacher passionate about data analysis and targeted intervention to improve GCSE outcomes. You will teach Maths across KS3-KS5. The role includes planning highly structured lessons that develop fluency and problem-solving, with a strategic focus on Progress 8 accountability and running effective intervention clinics for boundary students. Experience and Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) and a relevant degree in Mathematics. Proven record of significantly improving student progress measures at GCSE. Strong ability to use student data to inform teaching and planning. Commitment to contributing to the school's intervention programme.
