Your new companyI am currently partnering with a Property company, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property, who are looking to hire a Property Accountant. Working closely with the Directors and Property Managers, this is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making.
Your new roleYou will play a key role in supporting the Directors and Property Management team. Your responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeedYou'll be a newly qualified accountant (ACA), with a practice background and accounts preparation experience. Ideally, you will have experience working with clients in the property / real estate industry.
What you'll get in returnYou'll receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, alongside the opportunity to work within a supportive and growing business. This role offers regular exposure to senior management and the chance to develop your commercial and property accounting expertise.
