Speech & Language Therapist – ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/Dyscalculia\n
Hybrid - On site clincs at NR3 1YE\n
Salary - £30,000 to £56,000 DOE

Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Speech & Language Therapist (Neurodevelopmental) on behalf of a leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments across the UK.\n

\nThis innovative service delivers high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults through both NHS-funded and private pathways. Through Service Care Solutions, you’ll join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering timely, accurate diagnoses and improving long-term outcomes for families.\n
\nThe organisation is committed to clinical excellence and clinician wellbeing, equipping staff with cutting-edge digital systems, smart report-writing tools and in-house IT support to reduce administrative burden and enhance clinical impact.\n

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
    • \n
  • Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
    • \n
  • Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior support where required)
    • \n
  • Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
    • \n
  • Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic reports using smart report-writing tools
    • \n
  • Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management
    • \n
  • Provide clinical supervision where applicable
    • \n
  • Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid roles)
    • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • Minimum 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC
    • \n
  • HCPC – Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist
    • \n
  • At least 6 months experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments with adults and/or children
    • \n
  • Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
    • \n
  • In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD
    • \n
  • Experience using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent
    • \n
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
