\nThe Role\n
\nEmergency and urgent care position\n
\nPerform emergency triage, stabilisation, and treatment planning\n
\nManage medical and surgical emergency cases\n
\nPerform emergency surgery within your level of experience\n
\nOversee inpatient and post-operative patient care\n
\nUtilise advanced diagnostics including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory equipment\n
\nDeliver compassionate and effective client communication during emergency situations\n
\nCollaborate closely with licensed technicians and support staff\n
\nContribute to a positive teaching environment through mentorship and clinical collaboration\n
\nRequirements\n
\nDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent qualification\n
\nEligible for Michigan veterinary licensure\n
\nEligible to work in the United States\n
\nExperience or confidence in emergency triage, stabilisation, anaesthesia, and inpatient management\n
\nPrevious emergency surgical experience is advantageous but not essential\n
\nExcellent communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
