The School Receptionist will manage the main school reception answer calls welcome visitors and ensure smooth administrative processes. You will maintain a professional and welcoming environment while supporting staff pupils and parents.

Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently
Greeting and assisting visitors and parents
Coordinating internal communications and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and office systems
Assisting with administrative tasks and school events
Previous experience in reception administration or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office
