Overview

PRELOADED is seeking an experienced Producer with a track record of leading and delivering complex, multi-faceted physical/digital interactive experiences and products.

In addition to bringing 5+ years of production experience preferably from a product development, experiential agency, or interactive production environment, we are looking for someone who understands how to bridge the gap between digital software and physical space or hardware. You will have a solid grasp of end-to-end service design, hardware considerations, and user journeys that traverse both physical and digital touchpoints.

You are a brilliant communicator, confident in working directly with clients, unflappable in nature, and possess a great eye for detail when balancing spatial, hardware, and digital dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Management – Provide team direction and support in daily requirements and context to ensure we are able to flag risks and hit sprint goals
  
• Process Management – With the direction of the EP, map PRELOADED practice to the unique needs of a physical/digital project. Support the development of a production roadmap that integrates digital sprint cadences with physical prototyping, procurement, fabrication, and hardware testing milestones.
  
• Backlog Planning & Management – Support the EP in outlining the project backlog. Work closely with the team to align on user stories, technical tasks, and hardware dependencies that support both software releases and physical staging goals.
  
• Finance & Supplier Management – Manage ongoing budgets, resource plans, and invoicing across all project phases. Highlight any client-led scope changes and work with the EP/Head of Production on realignments, change orders, or third-party vendor adjustments.
  
• Communication & Presentation – Build and maintain client relationships by providing clear, timely communication on complex, multi-faceted deliverables. Manage stakeholder updates, feedback loops, and actions from collaborative alignment workshops. Run workshops and presentations drawing on input from senior internal and external teams.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working as a Producer in a Creative, Technical, or Experiential production environment.
• A strong portfolio of delivering complex physical/digital interactive experiences, location-based installations, or connected physical/digital products.
• Comfort navigating end-to-end service design, including how users interact with hardware, environmental elements, and digital interfaces.
• A team player who thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment and is receptive to critical feedback.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, capable of clearly translating complex physical and digital requirements into actionable plans.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing 'proof of concept' or R&D phases where requirements are fluid and physical/technical feasibility is actively being tested.
• Experience managing the logistics of location-based experiences, physical installations, on-site setup, and vendor coordination (fabricators, hardware suppliers, etc.)
• An understanding of hardware-software integration, sensors, and physical staging/testing procedures..
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (including WCAG) and how inclusive design principles translate to both digital screens and physical/immersive environments.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to manage complex technical production backlogs.
