Head of Private Wealth Solicitor (c£120K+) We are hiring a Head of Private Wealth Solicitor at Hedges Law. This senior role will lead high‑net‑worth private client services and shape the future of our private wealth practice. Base Salary: up to £120,000 plus performance-based bonus, profit share and a range of benefits including company EV vehicle, pension scheme, salary sacrifice and extensive personal development support. Lead and grow a dedicated team of attorneys serving UK high‑net‑worth individuals and families. Provide expert legal advice on wills, trusts, succession planning, estate and probate matters. Represent Hedges Law at industry events, networking and business development opportunities. Deliver high‑quality legal services with outstanding client care. Qualified solicitor with significant private‑wealth experience. Strong client‑management and advisory skills. Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills. Tech‑savvy, keen to adopt a paperless, digital working environment. Willingness to travel within 60 min of our offices in Oxford, Wallingford, Chipping Norton.
