The successful candidate will manage daily operations of the school site including building and grounds maintenance health and safety compliance and support for school events. You will supervise site staff and work closely with senior leadership to maintain a safe secure and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing opening and closing of the school site
Supervising site staff and coordinating maintenance tasks
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Supporting school events and extracurricular activities
Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for repairs and projects
Previous experience in site management caretaking or facilities supervision
Practical maintenance skills and knowledge of health & safety procedures
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Professional proactive and approachable
Ability to work independently and manage a small team
