Teaching Biology across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 teaching available depending on experience
Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that develop deep biological understanding
Delivering practical lessons with a clear focus on safety precision and scientific enquiry
Supporting pupils with examination preparation and coursework requirements
Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning
Working collaboratively within a cohesive and supportive Science team
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Biology or a closely related discipline
Experience teaching Biology at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex content clearly
High expectations for pupil behaviour engagement and achievement
A professional and organised teaching approach
