Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting Recycling Operatives / Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to work for our client based in Severn Beach, Bristol (BS35). Candidates will need to have Counterbalance experience and have driven an FLT within the last 2 years.
\n\nThe roles are working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 one week and 14:00-22:00 the following week.
\n\nThe roles will involve assisting to recycle mainly plastics and cardboard, helping to pack items, move materials around manually and using a counterbalance forklift trucks as well help maintain all the areas clean and tidy.
\n\nWorking hours and pay rates:
\nMonday to Friday 06:00-14:00 one week and 14:00-22:00 the following week (rotating)
\nOccasional overtime
\n\nAs a Recycling Operatives / Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties will include:
\nManual loading and unloading of products
\nRecycling
\nUsing machinery
\nTidying up
\nOperating counterbalance forklifts
\nUpdating paperwork
\n\nCandidate requirements:
\n-Counterbalance experience (driven within the 2 years)
\n-Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred
\n-Previous experience performing warehouse duties
\n-Good understanding of warehousing operations and processes
\n-Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
\n-Willingness to do manual work
