We're working with a growing, forward-thinking insurance business in the East Midlands looking to appoint a Development Executive to drive new business in the Commercial insurance sector.
The Role
Key Focus- As a Development Executive, you will proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects- Develop relationships with commercial clients, fees ranging from £2,500 and upwards- Identify strategic growth opportunities and introducer channels
What You'll Bring- Experience of Commercial insurance sales, generating your own leads, and closing prospects to clients- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness- Resilience, drive, and a KPI-focused mindset- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly- Cert CII (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
