Job description
Industrial Disease Lawyer / 3+ PQE / Cheshire / c£50,000 DOE / Join a specialist litigation team handling complex industrial disease claims while benefiting from quality work, a competitive package and excellent long term career prospects – To apply please call Teagan on 0161 850 0745 and quote Job Ref: 4923OVERVIEW: • Manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception through to conclusion.• Deliver clear, practical legal advice while ensuring exceptional standards of client care.• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law.• Manage competing deadlines and achieve billing targets within a performance driven environment.• Suitable for Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years' experience handling Industrial Disease claims.• Proven ability to manage files independently from start to finish.• Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters are essential.• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills required.• Strong attention to detail with a sound understanding of compliance requirements, professional conduct and accounts rules.• Collaborative team player with a professional, proactive and client focused approach.• Join an established legal practice with a specialist reputation and supportive working environment.• Competitive salary and benefits package with genuine opportunities for continued professional development.
