\n Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join a well-established and prestigious organisation in Oxford on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is an urgent requirement and offers the opportunity to work within a professional facilities and estates environment.

\n This is a hands-on maintenance position supporting the day-to-day upkeep, repair and compliance of a large and busy estate. The successful candidate will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general maintenance duties.
\n This role would suit someone with previous building maintenance experience who is practical, reliable, customer-focused and comfortable working in a varied environment where no two days are the same.
Please note: This is not purely a facilities inspection role. Alongside planned maintenance activities, the successful candidate must be willing to undertake less desirable tasks when required, including:
\n There is an out-of-hours call-out rota within the maintenance team which attracts additional payment.
\n Candidates will not be expected to participate immediately and will only join the rota once they have demonstrated sufficient competency and confidence within the role.
