Your responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and models using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI
Build model-based and exploratory automated tests to validate business-critical workflows
Execute end-to-end, regression, and smoke test suites across multiple platforms (Web, Desktop, Mobile, Citrix, Mainframe)
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution
Integrate Eggplant automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
Develop and maintain test data, test environments, and automation frameworks
Ensure test coverage aligns with business processes and risk-based testing strategies
Produce clear test reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Support UAT and production validation where required
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Hands-on experience with Eggplant Functional (SenseTalk scripting)
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and QA methodologies
Experience in functional, regression, and system testing
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into automated test scenarios
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
SenseTalk scripting (Eggplant)
Windows / Web / Client-Server applications
CI/CD integration experience
Version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
Basic SQL for data validation (good to have)
