As Site Foreman:\n
    \n
  • Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
    • \n
  • Ensure completion dates are met
    • \n
  • Managing subbies on site
    • \n
  • Management of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
    • \n
  • Ensuring quality of works
    • \n
  • Continuous CPD Development
    • \n
\n
\n
Foreman skills:\n
    \n
  • 5+ years’ site management experience
    • \n
  • Trade background preferable
    • \n
  • Background in residential construction
    • \n
  • Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
    • \n
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
    • \n
  • To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
    • \n
  • The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
    • \n
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
    • \n

The Package:\n
\nAn excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate with a basic salary in the region of €75,000 (negotiable) + vehicle, fuel, bonus, healthcare and pension.\n
