We're Refresh - a PR and communications agency that likes to do things a little differently.

The role

We’re looking for a curious and creative PR professional to join us at senior account executive level. You might already be an SAE looking for a new challenge, or an experienced account executive who’s ready for that next level.


You’ll work across a mix of predominantly B2B clients in sectors like construction, manufacturing and technology. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with account managers to keep campaigns running smoothly, while also taking real ownership of your work and running with things independently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to continue building their career in a supportive, ambitious team.


What you'll be doing

No two clients or campaigns are the same at Refresh, but the types of activities you'd be working on week-to-week include:


  • Building strong relationships with journalists and securing high-quality coverage
  • Crafting engaging content to support your clients' key messages
  • Getting out and about to learn more about your key industries and developing trends in PR and comms
  • Developing your event management skills with everything from compelling invites to creating content with attendees
  • Bringing ideas to the table and contributing to campaign strategy


What we're looking for

  • 12–18 months’ experience in a PR agency (this one’s essential)
  • A proactive, energetic mindset - someone who gets stuck in and makes things happen
  • Strong media relations skills and a genuine passion for PR
  • Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to think independently
  • A team player who values a supportive, collaborative culture
  • Someone who’s keen to learn, grow, and make an impact
