  • Fault Finding & Repair - support fault finding and repair activities for production issues and customer returns within agreed timescales. Work with Engineering teams to feedback recurring issues and support long-term improvements.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance - work in line with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements, including ESD controls and COSHH regulations. Actively support and promote a safe and compliant working environment.

  • Delivery & Performance - work to meet or exceed agreed production targets while maintaining high quality standards. Support business needs through flexible working where required.

  • Continuous Improvement - contribute to continuous improvement activities, including 5S, visual management, and process improvements. Proactively identify opportunities to improve product quality, build efficiency, and working practices, and share ideas with the team.
