Job Description: Direct Medics are working in partnership with a client in County Roscommon to find an experienced and dedicated Senior Orthoptist to cover a 9 month maternity leave contract - starting from May 2026, based in Roscommon Town. Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful teams in the country Requirements: HCPC Registered Orthoptist At least 3 years post qualification clinical experience Experience working as an Orthoptist in Ireland or the UK Demonstrates a sound understanding of Orthoptic services, procedures and underpinning theory, with the ability to apply knowledge to best clinical practice.
