Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Control Specialist for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. Position: Quality Control Specialist Location: Belgrade, Serbia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct real-time product evaluations to ensure compliance with established quality standards Monitor the performance of on-screen personnel to uphold service and presentation guidelines Identify and report quality issues or deviations to relevant departments for corrective action Perform routine checks to ensure proper functioning of technical equipment used in live operations Adhere to and support enforcement of internal quality assurance policies and procedures Continuously monitor live services or products to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
