Remote Contentious Probate Solicitor
A leading UK law firm is seeking an English-qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (1–3 years’ PQE+) to join its highly regarded Private Wealth Disputes team within the Litigation department. This opportunity can be based in Leeds or undertaken remotely with flexibility to work from offices across England.
This award-winning team advises a broad client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, executors, family offices and corporate and institutional clients on complex and often cross-border private wealth disputes. The practice is recognised for handling sophisticated contentious trust and probate matters, alongside wider disputes affecting private wealth clients, including professional negligence, tax-related disputes and commercial litigation.
You will work closely with leading practitioners on a varied caseload spanning court proceedings, mediation, negotiated settlements, arbitration and other forms of ADR. The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s English law private wealth disputes capability.
