Job description
Behaviour Support Worker - SEMH School Orpington £110-£120 per day September Start Looking for your next challenging and rewarding role this September? We're working with a specialist SEMH school (Primary through Secondary) in Orpington that is urgently looking for a confident, resilient Behaviour Support Workers to join their team. If you have experience working with challenging behaviour and want to make a genuine impact, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same. What you'll be doing: Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams Helping students re-engage with education What we need from you: Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work, or similar Strong behaviour management skills A calm, resilient, and proactive approach Available from September Why apply? £110-£120 per day Supportive and experienced team Strong career progression opportunities Spots are filling quickly - apply now or message me directly to be considered.
