If you’re looking for a paralegal role where you’ll gain specialist experience rather than simply supporting from the sidelines, this is an opportunity to build a career in one of the most rewarding areas of private client law.
You’ll join a highly regarded Court of Protection team that handles complex deputyship matters, financial investigations and sensitive cases involving vulnerable individuals. From day one, you’ll work closely with experienced senior lawyers, learning through hands-on involvement rather than classroom-style training. You’ll support on high-value, often unique cases that many paralegals never have the opportunity to experience.
Over your first few months, you’ll develop a strong understanding of Court of Protection work while assisting with deputyship administration, financial assessments and court applications. As your confidence grows, you’ll begin managing your own supervised caseload, drafting legal documents, liaising with families and professionals, and developing the technical skills needed to progress into a fee-earning role.
