The Opportunity
Reed Financial Services are working with a well-established Chartered Independent Financial Adviser firm who are looking to recruit a Level 4 Qualified Paraplanner to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paraplanner to work closely with Financial Advisers, delivering high-quality technical support and research to ensure client advice is accurate, compliant and tailored to individual needs.
The Role
As a Qualified Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering a professional ongoing financial planning service to clients.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing accurate suitability reports and client documentation within agreed deadlines
Conducting technical and comparative research to support client recommendations
Analysing client fact finds to understand overall financial positions
Discussing client objectives with advisers and gathering required information
Implementing agreed investment strategies and processing new business
Preparing documentation for client meetings
Liaising with providers to obtain information and updates
Supporting annual review processes
Responding to client queries accurately and efficiently
Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and Consumer Duty
About You
Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
Previous experience in a Paraplanner role within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
Strong analytical and technical knowledge of financial planning products
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
