Brand Marketing Manager (FMCG Challenger Brand)
Home based - London area (some travel to the area required)
£60,000–£65,000 (Negotiable) + bonus + pensions scheme + 25 days holiday
Here, you’ll lead UK marketing end-to-end, shaping strategy and delivering execution. From £100k+ ATL and OOH campaigns to high-impact retail launches, you’ll be behind the big brand moments that get noticed.
You’ll have the creative freedom to influence everything from packaging and campaigns to social content and collaborations. Working closely with founders, sales, agencies, retailers and partners, you’ll have high visibility and real impact.
And with home based/flexible working, you can plan your week around life, not the other way round.
There is a fair bit going on here. Par for the course in the challenger brand world. For that reason, those with experience working in a small, scaling FMCG challenger or SME would be ideal!
