We support each other, grow together, and celebrate every win - big or small.The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 16hrs per week contractAs a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage - not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.Your key responsibilities will include:Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and careDelivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impressionLeading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standardsTaking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't presentManaging stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygieneBuilding a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proudAnd of course, having fun while doing it all!What You'll BringYou don't need previous experience to succeed - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
