Protocol Education is working closely with an exciting primary school in BS4 to recruit a caring, reliable Learning Support Assistant for a permanent role in Year 4, starting after Easter.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting children day to day and being part of a consistent school community. You’ll be working closely with pupils across KS2, specifically in a welcoming Year 4 class, offering 1:1 and small group support to help children build confidence, stay engaged, and overcome barriers to learning.
The school has a strong, inclusive ethos where teamwork, kindness, and staff wellbeing really matter. You’ll be part of a supportive team who value patience, encouragement, and doing what’s right for each child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
