Supporting up to 34 residents, the home provides specialist care for individuals with mental health conditions, including alcohol related brain damage and Korsakoff's syndrome, within a structured, supportive and independence focused environment. *Domestic Assistant Contract* * 12.71 per hour * Contracted to 22.5 hours per week * Shift Times 9AM - 2PM * Set Shifts - Week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | Week 2 Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday * Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking * 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata) *Role Overview *As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health conditions.
Your work will support the overall wellbeing of residents, helping to create a calm and welcoming space where they feel safe and at home. You will carry out cleaning duties across residents' rooms, communal areas and shared spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection control are maintained at all times.
Working closely with the wider team, you will support a well organised environment and contribute to the smooth running of the home.
