This role provides an opportunity to help pupils communicate, interact and make connections that enhance their learning experience. You’ll be part of a team grounded in honesty, respect and meaningful learning where every child’s voice is valued.
Role Overview:
• Support pupils to engage with communication-based activities.
• Help pupils build confidence in interacting with peers and adults.
• Work alongside staff to reinforce individual communication goals.
• Participate in reflective practice and ongoing training.
