Our client is a highly profitable, international law firm with a strong City presence. They are seeking to appoint a Corporate Partner to join its well-resourced Corporate team, with a particular focus on private company M&A and high growth clients. This is a compelling opportunity to join a highly regarded practice with depth, ambition, and a collaborative culture.The team advises an impressive and diverse client base spanning technology, real estate, and financial services, among other sectors. Work includes advising on UK and cross-border transactions ranging from public and private M&A to business combinations, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions. The role will involve leading deals from inception to completion, working closely with clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.The firm offers an exceptional international platform, including a strong US presence and a broad global network of offices, enabling seamless multi-jurisdictional support on complex matters. The team has extensive experience acting on both the buy-side and sell-side, supported by high-quality resources and sector expertise. This role would suit an entrepreneurial partner looking to leverage a global platform while remaining closely connected to the City market.
