We have an opportunity for a Blade Operator at our Dowty Propellers Brockworth site for a 18 month fixed Term contract
The role involves the execution of manual processes either on a possible rotating shift pattern in a production environment.
Blade composite processes to include but not limited to (Composite layup Preform &
Foam Blade build resin injection and deflash)
Identifying and Implementing process improvements.
Identify and hold responsibility for Quality & Environment Health & Safety issues.
Repairing.
Ability to work night shift.
Demonstrate their ability to work as an effective team player taking ownership accountability for quality and EHS standards.
Adopt a flexible approach to gaining new skills and working across cells within the Dowty Brockworth site.
Demonstrate personal drive and motivation to identify and implement process improvements.
Demonstrate experience of working in a flow line production environment and be familiar with materials processing.
Demonstrate good manual dexterity.
