  • Establish a robust category management approach and spend visibility across the organisation.

Supplier Relationship Management

Pricing, Margin & Financial Performance

  • Develop and manage pricing structures to support profitability objectives.
  • Analyse supplier costs, margin performance, and commercial opportunities.

  • Train and coach clinic teams on procurement processes, systems utilisation, and best practice purchasing behaviours.
  • Promote adoption of ERP and procurement technologies to improve compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Strong supplier relationship management and contract management expertise.
  • Experience implementing procurement processes, governance frameworks, and commercial controls.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pricing structures, payment terms, and margin analysis.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management principles.
  • Experience working with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
