At Nido Carlisle we’re looking for a Family Advocate who is an expert in making the ordinary exceptional. This special role sits within the leadership team and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and a warm Nido welcome to all families, every day. As a Family Advocate, you are the trusted voice of the family within the service—ensuring every family feels seen, heard, informed, and supported throughout their entire journey with us.

This role is much more than just administration — it’s about enhancing the experience every family has with us and being the heart that connects them, bridging the voice of the family with the daily life of the service. And we’ll be right beside you, supporting you every step of the way.
As the Family Advocate, you’ll support children and families to ensure they have access to quality education and care with Nido.
