Experienced Automotive Mechanic – Southampton
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per year + monthly bonus

Are you a skilled Automotive Mechanic with 5+ years' hands-on experience, confident with diagnostics, servicing, and full repair work across a range of vehicles?
We're looking for a reliable, professional mechanic who takes pride in high-standard workmanship, enjoys variety, and thrives in a supportive workshop environment.
Accurately diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
Using diagnostic tools confidently for efficient fault-finding
Maintaining a safe, tidy, and compliant workshop
Communicating clearly with colleagues and customers
Minimum 5 years' workshop experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Honest, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence preferred
Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential for the right experience
Salary: £30,000–£45,000 depending on experience
Monthly bonus scheme linked to team performance
