Senior Quantity Surveyor - Contract (Inside IR35)
Location: Leicester (site-based)
Rate: £400 per day (via umbrella company)
Contract Type: Long-term contract | Inside IR35
I am currently working with a major contractor delivering a significant upgrade to a Water Treatment Plant serving the West Midlands. Due to increased project demands, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis to support the commercial delivery of this critical infrastructure scheme. This is a site-based role in Leicester, reporting directly into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and forming a key part of the project's commercial leadership team.
