The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 when required
- Lead targeted intervention sessions to accelerate student progress
- Provide high-quality classroom support across a range of subject areas
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities
- Support students with SEND and additional learning needs where appropriate
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment
- Build strong relationships with students, staff and families
You'll become a key member of the school's teaching and inclusion team, helping to raise achievement and support student success.
