Workflow and automation improvements Serve as a hands‑on Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform Guide teams in designing, building, testing and shipping new features Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and engineering excellence We’re seeking strong full‑stack engineers who lead by example.
