Chelmsford, Essex (with events across the UK)
Due to significant growth in demand, we are expanding our Speaker and Coaching team. This role is central to the next phase of our journey as we continue to scale across the UK and prepare for international expansion.
As an Expert Speaker / Master Business Coach, you will be one of the public faces of the business. You will deliver high-impact training and coaching from the front of the room, engage live audiences, and drive commercial outcomes through confident on-stage offers.
This is a performance-driven role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and who are comfortable combining delivery, influence and sales.
This role requires real-world delivery experience— not theory.
This is more than a speaking role. It is an opportunity to play a meaningful part in a high-growth business, influence thousands of entrepreneurs, and build a long-term position within a company with ambitious UK and international plans.
