Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Regulatory adherence: Ensure that all clinical practices adhere to CQC regulations and standards of care.
  • Clinical audits: Lead on clinical audits, ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of care provided.
  • Policies and governance: Implement policies and procedures that align with clinical governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Incidents and safeguarding: Investigate and address clinical incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the management team to ensure a safe, effective, and responsive service.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
  • Meetings: Attend client reviews and multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for the clinical needs of the service users.
  • External collaboration: Work closely with commissioners and other stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets expectations and contractual requirements.
