A look into the role – Software managerAs an experienced R&D practitioner, your role will bring you into close contact with finance professionals and engineers in a wide variety of technical fields with an up-close view of how modern technology is rapidly advancing in different industries.Your key responsibilitiesManage and drive the success of end‑to‑end R&D claim processes.Ability to lead complex technical interviews and support on high value projects including problem solving with numerous stake holders.Build client relationships and involvement in business development, identifying, and winning new opportunities.Manages the output of junior team members including the production of timely and risk managed narratives, in addition to developing junior staff.Knowing you’re right for usWe’re looking for people who want to contribute, spark fresh ideas and go beyond expectations.
