Neighbourhood Manager to lead our tenancy and neighbourhood services, ensuring residents receive high-quality, customer-focused support while helping us build safe, sustainable communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and make a real difference to the lives of our residents by driving service excellence, leading a dedicated team of Housing Officers, and shaping the future of neighbourhood services across STAR Housing.

This role is based at Ptarmigan House, Shrewsbury, with regular travel across our housing stock. A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are essential. The role participates in an out-of-hours duty officer rota and may occasionally require evening work. Appointment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including a DBS check.
