First City Care Group is recruiting experienced and confident Care Assistants to join our Short-Term Homecare (Front Door) Team.
\nThis specialist, recovery-focused service supports people in their own homes following illness, hospital discharge or changes in health. Unlike long-term care, this is a time-limited service designed to help individuals regain independence, rebuild confidence and achieve personal goals.
\nIf you are passionate about empowering people rather than doing everything for them, this role offers meaningful, outcome-driven work in the community.
\nAbout the Service
\nOur Short-Term Homecare Team provides temporary support to help people:
\nYou will actively support individuals to rebuild daily living skills, increasing independence as they progress.
\nWorking Hours
\nThis is a community-based role, so flexibility and willingness to travel across Swindon and surrounding areas is essential. These hours can vary to meet the needs of the business.
