Green Project is looking for a Tech Lead (Senior Software Engineer) to lead a small, high‑impact engineering team building features that power Engage50 and Product50 — the products helping enterprises measure and reduce their carbon footprint. You’ll set the technical direction, mentor others, and use AI‑assisted development to multiply the team’s speed and impact. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real product ownership and a clear mission: accelerate the world’s transition to net‑zero. Lead a small, fast‑moving team building features across Engage50 and Product50. Set technical direction, uphold engineering standards, and ensure high‑quality delivery. Balance hands‑on coding with mentoring, design reviews, and coordination across product and design. Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development to boost productivity and creativity across the team. Partner daily with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn ideas into shipped features — and help shape the technical culture of the company as we scale.
