Processing purchase orders, invoices, and basic finance tasks
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general customer enquiries
Supporting the service department with scheduling and job updates
Assisting with filing, document control, and stock record updates
Providing admin support across the wider team when required
Strong organisational and communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data and finance
