GEDU Global Education, in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU), is seeking a Lecturer to teach across undergraduate levels as part of the BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. The role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
- All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met
- Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate
- Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials
- Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties
- Understanding and keeping up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices
- Working towards a range of clearly defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and student progression
About You
- Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
- Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area
- Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter
- Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback
- Experience of accurate reporting and ability to maintain thorough and organised student records
- Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people
Desirable
- Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years, or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent)
- Experience designing/developing academic or professional education programmes or equivalent
