At Goodyear, we don’t just make tires - we shape the future of mobility. With more than 120 years of innovation, we are one of the world’s leading tire companies, operating in over 20 countries and serving millions of customers every day. Our success is driven by a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and passion for excellence. Joining Goodyear means becoming part of a global team where your ideas, skills, and ambition can make an impact - on our business, our customers, and the world of mobility.

Why this role matters

At Goodyear, we believe leadership capability is key to driving performance and innovation. The Regional Leadership Facilitator plays a vital role in bringing our global leadership development strategy to life - facilitating programs that empower associates across EMEA to grow, lead and thrive. You’ll help translate global learning solutions into powerful regional experiences, ensuring that Goodyear’s leaders continue to grow, adapt and thrive through change and beyond.

Primary purpose of this position

The primary purpose of this position is to support the deployment of Goodyear’s global leadership development solutions by facilitating regional sessions and contributing to team interventions across early- to mid-career populations. This role brings these programs to life through effective facilitation, builds strong relationships with regional stakeholders, and enhances the visibility and impact of our Global Center of Excellence (COE) across the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate engaging leadership programs such as OnRamp, Pivotal Moments for Leaders of Self/Others, and PDP sessions for early- to mid-career audiences.
  • Deliver High-Performing Team (HPT) workshops for senior leadership teams.
  • Adapt your facilitation for virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, ensuring inclusive learning experiences.
  • Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners and local business leaders to strengthen program adoption.
  • Act as a credible and consistent point of contact for learning delivery across the EMEA region.
  • Capture and share insights from participants and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement and design enhancements.
  • Support execution of learning programs – including scheduling, logistics, LMS tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Reinforce COE visibility by promoting success stories and maintaining high standards of facilitation quality.
  • Contribute to program design and learning content updates, integrating regional feedback and learner needs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field).
  • 5+ years of facilitation experience in leadership or professional development across a regional or global scope.
  • Proven ability to engage diverse audiences from early-career professionals to mid-level managers.
  • Experience facilitating across virtual, hybrid, and in-person delivery modes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in learning / program design and content development.
  • Solid understanding of global leadership development frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones within a multinational environment.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Core Competencies Required

  • Facilitation – Facilitates group sessions across professional and early leadership audiences, engaging and inspiring participants.
  • Communication – Delivers messages clearly and confidently across audiences.
  • Execution – Ensures learning programs run smoothly and consistently.
  • Business Acumen – Connects leadership development to organizational performance.
  • Collaboration – Builds trusted partnerships with stakeholders and global teams.

Desired / Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications (e.g., Korn Ferry, MBTI, DiSC).
  • Experience with 360 feedback or psychometric assessments.

What We Offer

  • Global Company: Be part of a global organization with a rich history and a forward-thinking approach to business. Collaborate with diverse teams, tap into international resources, and contribute to the success of a company that spans the globe.
  • Vibrant & Collaborative EMEA Team: Experience the vibrancy of working with colleagues from various backgrounds, fostering a collaborative and creative atmosphere, and creating meaningful impact as a team.
