Our client is a leading logistics provider.
Description
As the Operations Manager you will take full responsibility of a key client warehouse environment, ensuring operational efficiencies, service levels, people management and operational targets are met. Based at our clients site in Bedfordshire you will effectively support current and future contracts supporting the current business plan to introduce new customers. The role includes continuous improvement, business systems and process development opportunities whilst maintaining and developing customer relationships at a tactical level. Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 will be on offer to the successful candidate.
Additionally there will be the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus of up to 10% alongside further company wide benefits.
