Join an innovative, fast-growing beauty brand in the dynamic world of skincare, where ecommerce is at the heart of global expansion. We’re on the hunt for an experienced and commercially savvy Head of Ecommerce to lead and shape the future of our client’s DTC strategy.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to own and drive the end-to-end ecommerce strategy across the UK and international markets. With full P&L responsibility, you’ll be accountable for performance across our digital storefronts, developing both short- and long-term growth plans that increase traffic, conversion, AOV and lifetime value.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to align digital growth with brand positioning, while leading and developing a passionate ecommerce team. Your mission is to create an exceptional online experience that defines a long-term customer journey and delivers profitable results.
We’re looking for an energetic, data‑driven leader with a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital trading. You’ll need a strong track record of delivering results in a DTC environment, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle. You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth settings and are hands‑on, strategic, and always looking for the next opportunity to innovate.
