🏠 Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week – although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.

We’re looking for an Influencer Director to lead our Partnerships team, which covers both Influencer and UGC teams.
It’ll be the most senior role within our Influencer department, providing the person who joins us with a clear path of progression toward Head of Influencer.
This role will report directly to the Head of Social and will line‑manage an Influencer pod and a UGC pod.
This includes various responsibilities such as:
£50,000 to £58,000 (depending on experience).
